Save My Breath – First Aid, CPR, & Resuscitation takes the health and safety of everyone we serve very seriously. In accordance with the measures being taken by health authorities across the country to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have taken the appropriate measure to continue offering courses to those who need it. We offer a variety of formats.

Please complete the PAR-Q and COVID-19 Screening Tool. The information on the form will only be used to ensure it is safe for you and others to attend the course, and be able to communicate with you if needed.

Anyone who is not able to pass screening  will not be permitted to the class and will be asked to reschedule.
