Until then individuals can take online courses and/or online components of blended learning courses.
To ensure the safe everyone, we require the following of all individuals who are coming for a class. We ask all individuals to:

Red Cross First Aid & CPR Courses
All Red Cross first aid certifications expiring through June 30, 2020, will be considered valid 90 days beyond their expiry date.
Online First Aid & CPR Courses
We offers a number of online course options, which can be used to encourage training during this time. Participants looking to take a blended first aid course or first aid re-certification course in the future can take the time now to complete the online component.
To support this option, we are offering the online component of our Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, and CPR courses as separate stand-alone courses. These are normally offered as part of our blended delivery programs.
The online component will issue a confirmation of completion certificate which is valid for 90 days. Completion of this online training will also appear in the user’s profile and can be verified by their employer.
Participants will be required to complete the in-person training component within 90 days of completing the online component, after which they will be issued three-year certification. This will continue to support your learning needs.
Blended Learning First Aid & CPR Courses
The First Aid National Program Standards require the in-class component to be completed within six weeks of completion of the online component. Considering the current situation, we want to reassure participants that they will not be required to complete the online portion a second time and we will be extending the training window from six weeks to 90 days. We will provide additional information on how to prepare for the in-class session when in-classroom training resumes.
Some courses such as the Red Cross Baby-Sitting and Stay Safe Courses are being offered virtually. These courses will still have the same great content, but from the comfort of your home. Parent can register their kids online.
