Whether you are learning these skills for home, education, or work related reasons, Standard first aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training can provide you with the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular and choking emergencies, as well as, extensive first aid skills. We offer CPR courses that focus on resuscitation of adults, children, and babies depending on the level chosen.

Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Employers in Ontario employing five workers or less in any one shift at a place of employment are required to have one individual to have a valid emergency first aid certification.

Employers in Ontario employing more than five workers in any one shift at a place of employment are required to have one individual to have a valid standard first aid certification.

Our standard first aid & CPR course is offered through blended learning. You are able to study the material at you won pace. You are able to start and pause your readings as many times as needed. You have access to the information through your devices.

Once you complete your online modules you will need to complete the in person course. At the in-person course, you will get the hands on skills and training to deal with emergencies.

A 60-minute Opioid Poisoning Awareness Workshop can be added to this course. In this workshop, participants will learn how they can help prevent death and disability by recognizing, accessing help, and providing care for a suspected opioid poisoning.
